1invest.ca is a website created in 2024 by Mike Bertram and his partners to better support their clients and to advance their marketing so they can help more clients make the most of their investments and retirement.

Mike Bertram, CIM is a Chartered Investment Manager who brings both expertise and heart to the world of finance. Born and raised in Ottawa, Mike earned his CIM designation through Algonquin College, combining academic rigor with real-world insight.
Known for his steady approach and long-term vision, Mike is deeply committed to helping clients build lasting financial security.
In 2001 Mike started his own business as he realized more can be done to help people save more and be better prepared for retirement and overcome financial challenges.
He lives in Ottawa with his wife and their youngest of 3 children has just left the nest. While many dream of retirement, Mike’s passion for guiding others means he’s not stepping away anytime soon.
